Executive Office For United States Attorneys
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking information from vendors for the development and implementation of a modernized, scalable, and secure enterprise storage solution as part of its Storage 3.0 initiative. The desired system will support evidentiary and mission-critical data, requiring enhancements over existing storage capabilities to address ongoing data growth, the need for access from multiple geographic locations, and strengthened governance, auditability, and security measures.
The proposed solution must support continuity of operations (COOP) for remote users and processes, enable full data lifecycle management with tiered storage, and be prepared for seamless integration with future artificial intelligence workloads, such as vectorization and large language models (LLM). Migration of approximately 18 billion files and 20 petabytes of data from current enterprise storage platforms is required, and the system should support ongoing data growth during this transition.
Vendors should ensure the solution provides analytics and reporting capabilities, both at an aggregate enterprise level and by individual office locations—covering more than 250 geographical offices. Customizable dashboards for near real-time management, detailed billing summaries, and configurable reporting must be included. Additionally, the system must provide API access to all billing and chargeable data, supporting integration and export into editable formats.
