The agency seeks solutions that offer analytics, visualization, dashboards, collaboration tools, and mission planning applications. Advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning are of particular interest for applications in exploitation, anomaly detection, decision support, and workflow optimization.
The RFI also emphasizes the importance of resiliency measures, cybersecurity, and lifecycle sustainment. Additional capabilities sought include observation processing, object characterization, orbit determination and dissemination, as well as telemetry, tracking, command functions, and ground station operations. Solutions supporting direct tasking or commanding of satellites or payloads are also requested.
