DESCRIPTION
DEVCOM–AC in New Jersey is seeking information from vendors able to provide SmartUQ software licenses as well as associated remote support and technical consulting services. Key requirements include the provision of SmartUQ license keys and comprehensive remote assistance for installing the software on individual user workstations, as well as support for installing and troubleshooting license servers.
In addition to software deployment, the vendor is expected to offer technical expertise in statistical methodologies, specifically assisting DEVCOM–AC personnel with the implementation of uncertainty quantification (UQ) techniques using the SmartUQ platform. This request is aimed at identifying qualified vendors who can deliver both the software and high-level technical support for its application.
