A request for information (RFI) has been issued to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing comprehensive support services for SAS law enforcement intelligence (LEI) software and associated networking hardware in Maryland.
The scope of support includes management and maintenance of SAS LEI licenses such as SAS–LWENFUSR–AUTHUSERS–AT–611, covering annual fees for authorized users. Additionally, the vendor will be expected to support Pure Storage systems including FlashArray C50R4 with significant storage capacity, as well as associated hardware components such as high-speed HBAs and transceivers.
The required services extend to supporting Cisco network infrastructure, including core and access switches, routers, firewalls, SFP transceivers, and security subscriptions for next-generation firewalls. Interested small businesses with experience in law enforcement software systems and enterprise-level IT hardware maintenance are encouraged to express their interest.
