DESCRIPTION

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors capable of providing a SaaS-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to replace the organization's existing solution, IDWeb. The intended solution will support multiple business units including technology, security, business applications, and human resources, and should offer seamless integration with Entra ID / Microsoft 365.

The solution should support hybrid identity requirements for both on-premises and cloud-based applications, allowing human resources or personnel systems to serve as the authoritative source of identity data. Key features requested include access reviews, recertifications, self-service password reset, group and access requests, manager-based approvals, and privileged access workflow integration. Detailed logging, reporting capabilities, and dashboards for provisioning status and access certification are required for audit and operational oversight.

The IAM platform should offer integration with ticketing systems and operational processes, prebuilt connectors for common enterprise systems, and APIs for custom extensions. Flexibility for file, database, or API-based integrations is necessary. The ability to deliver event-driven automation, group management, and birthright access based on job function or department is also expected. The solution may be deployed cloud-natively or in a hybrid model. All vendor questions must be submitted by April 13, 2026.
