The agency is seeking information on suppliers capable of providing a real-time, condition-based remote monitoring system designed to monitor at least 32 digital inputs and 32 analog inputs. The system must offer the capability to display all vehicle locations through Google Maps in both real-time and historical views. Users should be able to filter and sort data, presenting results in table and graphical chart formats for comprehensive analysis.
Integration with the agency's existing Digi Router aboard trains is required, utilizing 50-foot Ethernet cables with M12 X Code connectors supplied with the system. The remote monitoring solution must be accessible remotely via cellular networks or locally by connecting directly on the train through modern web browsers, including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. Additionally, compatibility with smart devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones is essential.
The system must support receiving GPS data from the current Digi Router Ethernet connection and provide a graphical display that resembles the train's Performance Fault & Indication (PF&I) Panel. The contract period for the engagement will be one year. Questions about the RFI must be submitted no later than May 14, 2026.
