DESCRIPTION
The state of Vermont is seeking information from experienced vendors regarding a professional licensing application and enforcement case management system. The desired solution should facilitate the initial issuance and renewal of professional licenses, as well as provide robust enforcement tools to uphold public safety and welfare.
Interested companies should be capable of delivering comprehensive services, including system development, project management, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The agency is also looking for partners who can support future enhancements as requirements evolve. Key features of the system include licensing applications and renewals, enforcement workflows, searchable license lookup, reporting capabilities, integration with payment gateways, a document repository, application programming interfaces (APIs), and support for configuration over extensive customization.
