RFI for Procurement Requisition Software

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking information from vendors regarding procurement requisition software solutions. The desired software should offer advanced workflow capabilities, robust integration options, and comprehensive notification features to support procurement processes across various institutions and entities.

Key requirements include the ability for administrators to add pre-approved account coding, auto-population of requester information, and searchable order functionality by order number, vendor, or additional criteria. The system must support custom routing for approvals, high priority order designation with automated alerting, and routing of open orders to review folders accessible by multiple users.

Additional features should include automated email updates triggered by set criteria, integration with existing Commonwealth systems such as Teams, Outlook, SAP, and Ariba, as well as the ability to link to internal and external websites and forms. The software should also support the addition of payment information, accommodating multiple purchase types.
