Maryland RFI seeking vendors for Oracle upgrade, migration, and related IT services including system maintenance, training, and validation support.

DESCRIPTION


The State of Maryland is requesting information from qualified vendors regarding Oracle upgrade and migration services. The scope encompasses acquiring, configuring, and testing IT solutions to meet established requirements, as well as training end users and providing ongoing support for all operational IT systems. Vendors will be responsible for establishing and managing project baselines, ensuring that Acquisition Configuration Management (CM) controls and related processes are effectively implemented.

Key services include technical remediation, creation of ad-hoc custom capabilities for SAE as needed, and performing SAE software upgrades—not to exceed one major upgrade (up to 1500 hours) and one minor upgrade (up to 700 hours). Vendors are expected to provide detailed descriptions and pricing estimates for these services prior to execution. Additionally, the engagement includes the delivery of onsite validation support packages for Argus Safety or comparable Oracle products. Ongoing requirements management associated with eIT PMO IT Systems also falls within the scope of this request.
