DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking information from qualified marketing and sales professionals or firms to support its efforts in market research, product positioning, customer outreach, brand development, sales strategy, contract development with buyers, and the promotion of specialized products such as compost and processed construction and demolition materials, including shingles, wood, concrete, and asphalt. These activities pertain to products and recoverable materials generated at the municipal waste processing facility.
Respondents are encouraged to propose additional opportunities for market development and revenue generation that could benefit municipal waste processing operations. The agency seeks to better understand the range of potential services available from experienced vendors and is conducting this RFI to gather comprehensive information. All questions regarding the RFI must be submitted by April 15, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
