A Florida county is seeking information from vendors capable of providing a licensed software system, along with comprehensive support, maintenance, and upgrade services. The selected vendor must offer technical assistance through multiple channels, including telephone, electronic communication, and on-site support as needed to resolve system-related incidents. A toll-free number should be provided for county personnel to report and track any software issues.
The agreement will require that all software updates, upgrades, releases, and related modifications are made available during active maintenance periods as soon as they are released to other licensees. These updates should be accessible electronically and downloadable over the Internet at no additional charge to the county. Interested parties are invited to submit their responses and inquiries; all vendor questions must be submitted by February 12, 2026.
