U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization seeks information from vendors regarding the development and modernization of a knowledge management system to support housing and community development research and program implementation. The selected contractor will be responsible for operating and maintaining existing systems (HUD User and HUD Exchange/HUDx), migrating these systems to HUD’s cloud infrastructure, and consolidating the PD and R systems into a single, unified knowledge management platform.
The solution should implement a consistent information architecture and design system, support migration to a new subdomain, and extend current authority to operate (ATO) boundaries to encompass the new solution. Additional responsibilities include developing print and electronic content for outreach, publications, and communications, managing warehousing and order fulfilment, expanding distribution channels, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
