The scope of work includes delivering development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance expertise for critical agency support applications.
Vendors will be responsible for supporting all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing concept development, planning, requirements definition and analysis, systems design and development, coding and testing, deployment, implementation, integration, documentation, and application maintenance.
