RFI for Health Compliance Management System

A higher education institution is seeking information from vendors regarding a comprehensive health compliance management system to support the unique programmatic requirements of healthcare professional students. The system should facilitate the management of immunization tracking, drug screening, background checks, management of vaccination and titer records, tuberculosis (TB) testing, and health attestations. Student-facing upload portals must be both mobile and web-based, incorporating document verification workflows.

Key features required include automated reminders for upcoming expirations (such as required boosters and annual renewals), real-time compliance dashboards with tracking by student, cohort, and college, as well as college-level administrative access and customizable reporting. Controlled access should be available for specific university health and occupational health staff to allow for oversight and consultation. The solution must integrate seamlessly with external electronic health records, student information systems, and platforms like ACEMAPP.

Further requirements involve end-to-end ordering, tracking, and reporting for drug screening and criminal background checks, adherence to federal, state, and clinical partner compliance standards, and the provision of a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for medication review and approval.
