The desired solution must be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that supports integrated and centralized asset lifecycle management of vehicles and equipment.
Key requirements include functionalities for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling based on time and mileage, and a native mobile application to allow field users to perform inspections, manage work orders, and upload documentation such as photos.
