DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Washington is seeking information from vendors who can provide a comprehensive suite of facilities support services. The scope of work includes supplies handling, mail and shipping/receiving operations, document scanning and photocopying, mail delivery, light moving, and general labor. Additionally, vendors should be capable of minor equipment assembly and repair, preparing fleet vehicles for road-readiness, and offering property management support.

The services also require in-house graphics production, such as creating approximately 40 brochures, flyers, banners, mailers, certificates, posters, laminations, business cards, presentations, magnets, door hangers, and table tents. Another expectation includes tracking and providing monthly reports on scanning requests by users, divisions, and page counts.
