RFI for Facilities Support Services

A government authority in Port Orchard, Washington seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive facilities support services. The required services encompass daily operations such as supply provision, mail distribution, shipping and receiving, document scanning and photocopying, and routine mail delivery. Light moving, general labor tasks, minor equipment assembly and repairs, preparation of fleet vehicles for use, and property management operations are also included in the scope.

Additionally, the contractor will provide in-house graphics services and manage self-service supply replenishment for partially used or returned supplies. Responsibilities include storing and disbursing new and unused equipment and supplies, stocking supply shelves, and verifying receipt of orders. Conference room materials such as flip charts and markers must be made available for staff pick-up. The service hours for walk-up requests will be from 8:00am to 4:30pm daily. The contract period is set for one year.
