RFI for Event Banner and Flag Display Services

A public agency in Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event banner and flag display services to support agency-sponsored public events. The selected vendor will be responsible for the installation, removal, and maintenance of event banners and flag displays across multiple locations, including the management of banners placed over public roadways. Banners may be displayed multiple times per year, with the vendor coordinating banner changeovers to ensure that upcoming event banners are installed several days prior to each scheduled event, as directed by the agency.

Additional responsibilities include proactively removing banners ahead of impending severe weather events such as storms or hurricanes, as directed or when conditions warrant.
