The state of Texas is seeking information from vendors regarding eProcurement systems capable of managing the entire solicitation process. The desired solution should support all phases, including project intake, specification development, workflow routing, issuance of sealed solicitations, managing question and answer periods, solicitation closure, and facilitating evaluation and award stages.
Vendors are invited to provide a concise narrative that details their system’s capabilities, with an emphasis on any key or unique features that distinguish their offering. Integration with JD Edwards is not required, and there is currently no interest in such integration. This request is aimed at understanding the market and available solutions for comprehensive eProcurement management systems.
