DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking information from vendors regarding the provision of an enterprise project management system. Respondents are requested to provide a preliminary initial implementation cost estimate range, proposed implementation timeframe, and a 5-year total cost of ownership estimate for the system.
The enterprise project management system should support portfolio, program, and project management and administration, including portfolio management, program setup and organization, building/property/location information, project setup and organization, project team and roles, general correspondence, and meeting minutes and issue management.
Additionally, the system must include features related to business process management, such as a workflow engine, workflow configuration, workflow processes, and workflow monitoring capabilities. Interested vendors should demonstrate experience with similar large-scale enterprise implementations and the ability to manage complex project management functionalities.
