RFI for Enterprise Data Management Support Solution

An organization in Washington, DC is seeking a qualified vendor to provide enterprise data management support solutions. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of services for various platforms, applications, tools, information, and data assets, with an emphasis on both ongoing operations and modernization efforts.

Key responsibilities include migration of on-premises data warehouse datasets to a cloud-based platform, as well as support and maintenance of the existing legacy data warehouse environment built on Microsoft SQL Server. The vendor will manage day-to-day operations such as data loading, monitoring, incident and service request management, system auditing, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Additional requirements involve developing and maintaining metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage processes to support AI model transparency and explainability.
