RFI for Enterprise Automation, Integration, And Security Compliance Solutions

A Texas state agency is seeking information from vendors regarding solutions for enterprise automation, integration, and security compliance to support modernization efforts across several key departments, including Procurement, HR, Finance, Records Management, and Asset Management.

The agency requests capability statements from vendors able to develop and deploy applications within a single, unified Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environment, such as ServiceNow or an equivalent platform. Solutions should support comprehensive automation, workflow orchestration, and integration across multiple functional areas. Areas of particular interest include centralized contract repositories with integrated approval workflows, AI-driven document parsing for compliance validation, seamless integration of SharePoint data into analytics platforms like Power BI, and AI-powered analytics for real-time status tracking and anomaly detection. Other priorities extend to digitization and automation of HR processes, machine learning-based document classification, automated financial reconciliation and reporting, record lifecycle management spanning multiple Microsoft applications, scheduling of vehicle maintenance, and access management for employee onboarding and offboarding.
