British Columbia Infrastructure Benefits (BCIB) is seeking an electronic timesheet solution capable of comprehensive time and attendance tracking, with full integration to the existing PeopleSoft payroll system. The desired solution must detect missing time entries and support the temporary addition of employees until their permanent onboarding into PeopleSoft is completed, seamlessly transitioning those employees within the system.
The solution should offer customizable reporting features, the ability to make corrections prior to submission to payroll, and facilitate data preparation for PeopleSoft. There must be robust controls for tracking and approving change requests throughout pay runs. Additionally, the system should efficiently track employees working across multiple contractors or projects, prevent overlapping hours, monitor overtime, and evaluate hours worked by employees even during periods of temporary assignment in different departments.
A web-based administrative interface is required, as well as support for data exchange with other relevant systems. This initiative includes the provision of any related services and products necessary for implementation and ongoing operation.
