New Hampshire is seeking information from vendors regarding the provision of a comprehensive back-office system for E-ZPass electronic tolling and related services. The anticipated solution is expected to support key operational activities, including electronic and video tolling as well as the processing of unpaid tolls.
Relevant services encompass call center operations, E-ZPass and Pay-by-Plate account management (both pre-pay and post-pay), transaction processing, and anonymous account handling. Additionally, the system should support E-ZPass reciprocity, hub administration functions, and provide customer service tools such as an interactive voice response (IVR) system, intelligent virtual assistant (IVA), and website chatbot. Transponder management capabilities are also required. Vendors with experience in these domains are encouraged to respond to this request for information.
