It should include a robust assessment library featuring pre-prepared, vetted, and compliant questions, with options for customization to fit specific job postings.
Key requirements for the system include comprehensive analysis and numerical ranking features, strong user support, and access to training materials. Seamless integration with current job posting software is essential to minimize manual data entry and ensure efficient workflows. The system should allow configurable testing parameters, such as timed assessments and individualized test links for each applicant, and must provide clear, consistent instructions alongside visual examples of the testing interface.
Preferred solutions will not compromise data privacy and will avoid reliance on third-party systems that cannot connect directly with the state's infrastructure. Vendors are invited to submit questions regarding this request for information by January 26, 2026.
