RFI for Digital Evaluation and Analysis Software

The state of Georgia is seeking information from vendors regarding digital evaluation and analysis software suitable for remote user testing on both desktop and mobile platforms. The desired solution should provide license subscriptions that allow for rapid online user testing, including unmoderated short user tests, unmoderated standard user tests, and moderated user tests with live participants. It is important that the platform enables collaboration among team members, with at least six creator seats and unlimited viewer seats, and allows for the recruitment of public health professionals from the platform’s contributor network.

The software must facilitate the capturing of user screens and comments during evaluation activities, without recording video or collecting personally identifiable information. A key requirement is the ability to easily share mobile device screens during testing, reflecting the prominence of mobile users among Georgia’s audience. Comprehensive support must be available, including access to staff via email, live chat, and phone, with coverage 24 hours per day during the business week. The anticipated contract period for this engagement is one year.
