DESCRIPTION
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking information on solutions for digital agent badges and medical patient identification services. The goal is to implement digital identification cards (DIDs) that support the commission’s mission and regulatory requirements while reducing costs associated with card production and mailing, improving operational efficiency, and minimizing the environmental impact of physical plastic cards.
The preferred solution should make digital IDs the primary option, while also retaining the capability to issue printed versions for certain use cases.
