An organization in Michigan is seeking information on robust data and assessment systems designed to support education operations at scale. The desired solution must offer real-time integration with existing student information systems, enabling prompt data refreshes, grade book updates, and the processing of new assessments and scores. The platform should be capable of handling the import and cleanup of large volumes of student data, including automated error flagging in log files without interrupting system processes.
The proposed system must efficiently process data for up to 20,000 students in less than 10 minutes across a variety of assessment types. Additional requirements include a native mobile application for both staff and students, support for document scanner integration, and the ability to scan plain paper answer sheets. The system should also facilitate online assessments with controlled access for secondary students and demonstrate methods for delivering assessments to elementary students.
