RFI for Credit and Tracking System

An organization in Quebec is seeking information from vendors regarding the provision of a hosted, bilingual credit and tracking system (CATS) with robust lifecycle management and secure, efficient workflows. Workflows should minimize administrative burden, provide account management capabilities, deliver on-screen and email notifications for relevant tasks, and offer administrators a clear task list. Streamlined processes for managing surplus and offset credits, with standardized and pre-populated web forms, are also required to ensure consistency and efficiency.
