The government of Alaska is seeking information from vendors regarding solutions for a unified computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and facility management platform. The desired system should support centralized preventive maintenance processes, asset management tools, and provide real-time facility oversight across all districts, regardless of size or location.
The ideal solution will include capabilities such as asset lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance management, work order creation, scheduling and tracking, facility inspections, monitoring and performance tracking, as well as energy management or sustainability tools. Property and space management features are also required. Vendors are encouraged to share information about their products, services, and implementation approaches that could meet these needs, with an emphasis on reducing duplication of effort, improving data quality, streamlining compliance reporting, and ensuring equitable access to modern facility management technology. Hosting and technical requirements to support the platform should also be addressed.
