The City of Wichita, KS is seeking information from vendors regarding the development of a modular Commercial Market Application (CMA) intended to serve as a centralized records and property management system. The envisioned solution will streamline and modernize the management of commercial property records, promoting efficiency and data accuracy across multiple functions.
The CMA should include several key modules: an Economic Unit Summary (EUS) Module, which integrates cost, income, and market data to assist appraisers with value calculations and reporting; a Commercial Sales Module serving as a repository for all historical and current commercial property transactions, including multi-parcel sales; and an Income & Expense (I&E) Module, which consolidates survey data, market reports, and appeal information while providing automated error checks and robust query capabilities. Additionally, a Final Review Module is required to support annual parcel review processes, automate workflows, and monitor progress across modules.
An integrated CMA Calculator Tool should also be provided, enabling standardized income approach calculations, integration across modules, and customizable worksheets for different property types. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide comprehensive information addressing these requirements. All questions must be submitted by November 18, 2025.
