Arizona is seeking information from vendors regarding a cloud-based, web-accessible inventory management system tailored to support comprehensive supply and inventory control. Key features include real-time tracking of inventory, barcode and mobile scanning capabilities, electronic requisitioning, automated purchasing workflows, and support for electronic vendor ordering (EDI).

The system should provide enterprise-wide inventory control, allowing for accurate supply and cost management by tracking both stock and non-stock items and recording acquisition and distribution throughout the facility.
