The state of Maryland is requesting information regarding the procurement of a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) cloud-based construction management enterprise tool. This tool will support capital program and project management and will be engaged on a one-year contract.
Vendors are expected to provide a comprehensive solution that includes system hosting, licensing, configuration, data architecture, integration, testing, training, maintenance, and support. The system must enable efficient processing, storage, and reporting of planning, design, and construction data for capital projects. Key features include robust document management, intuitive and responsive graphical user interfaces, and tools for collaboration, integration, accountability, and real-time information access.
The selected solution should serve as an enterprise-wide system of record and support rapid, accurate data reporting. Additionally, it must include granular access control capabilities to restrict data accessibility based on user roles, center assignments, programs, or project assignments, ensuring both security and flexibility for all stakeholders involved in project delivery.
