The Mississippi Lottery is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding a cloud-based automated drawing and random number generator solution. This system is expected to deliver unbiased, secure, and auditable results for lottery game drawings, ensuring both trustworthiness and efficiency in operations.

The proposed solution must feature three independent random number generators—primary, secondary, and tertiary backup—or an equivalent alternative to provide adequate redundancy. The system should be capable of supporting multiple current and future games, feature a single operating system, and include robust internal controls and security protocols to maintain the integrity of every drawing.

In addition, the system must generate the correct number of winning values, support manual overrides for drawings if needed, and produce pre-draw and post-draw results in automated audit logs. The solution should enable tests prior to and following each draw and provide a broadcast-ready feed suitable for web and local media distribution.
