The goal is to enhance and improve the experience for customers and stakeholders through robust digital identity and authentication solutions.
Vendors are invited to present their capabilities in areas such as identity proofing, federation, and various authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA). The state is interested in understanding best practices and technical approaches for integrating CIAM solutions with both legacy and custom-developed state applications. Additional focus areas include account management workflows, addressing challenges such as non-unique usernames and user store migration, and demonstrating the ability to support Tennessee's diverse digital identity use cases.
