Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The requesting entity is seeking information from vendors regarding the provision of a capital program management information system. Vendors are expected to detail their ability to provide and support solutions that may be offered as on-premise, off-premise hosted, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models.
Responses should describe ongoing software maintenance and support services, including the schedule for upgrades, patches, and bug fixes, and the estimated timelines for their implementation. Vendors are also requested to outline the reporting capabilities of their solutions, both standard and customized, as well as the key performance indicators (KPIs) available.
Further requirements include extensive information on data input and export capabilities, security features and auditing, dashboards, and relevant operational metrics. In addition, vendors should address the software’s interoperability and operational requirements with respect to the OSI model.
