The State of Florida is seeking responses from vendors capable of providing robust budgeting software tailored to government operations. The desired solution should be able to import and convert historical Excel data, seamlessly integrate with existing platforms such as PeopleSoft, Asset Works, or Transtrack, and come with comprehensive implementation and training plans.
Vendors are expected to offer maintenance and service agreements to ensure system reliability, regular updates, and ongoing enhancements. The software should deliver secure, cloud-based or SaaS back-office services, guarantee enterprise-level scalability for future growth, and support unlimited user licenses. Demonstrated experience working with government agencies within the past three to five years is required. Solutions must be hosted in the United States or Canada.
