SUMMARY

RFI to provide a cloud-based automotive ticketing and work order management system for vehicle maintenance operations in Colorado.

DESCRIPTION

The state of Colorado is seeking information from vendors regarding a cloud-based automotive ticketing and work order management system to support vehicle maintenance operations. The desired system should be capable of generating service tickets and work orders using either a vehicle’s license plate number or its VIN, accommodating a range of vehicle types including light, medium, and heavy-duty categories.

Key requirements include the ability to upload an estimated 2,000 vehicle history service records, as well as import and edit parts and service codes within work orders for specialized maintenance tasks. The system should also support the generation of technician worksheets and vehicle inspection sheets, appointment scheduling, and the streamlined allocation of work orders to technicians based on these appointments.

The solution must be designed as a cloud application accessible from any location, with the capacity to support an unlimited number of users stationed at various sites. Integration with Google products and the ability to scan and link parts directly to work orders are also desired features.
