The municipality is requesting information from vendors capable of delivering innovative and modern solutions for two core platforms: a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and a Community Development and Permitting system. The ideal solutions will support the management of critical assets, including streets, rights-of-way, traffic signs and signals, stormwater facilities, street lights, and sanitation services.
Vendors should detail their approach and experience with migrating from existing Cityworks platforms, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption. Additional key requirements include the provision of robust mobile applications, integration with GIS systems, and the incorporation of artificial intelligence and automation to streamline processes. Solutions should feature modern, user-friendly interfaces for both municipal employees and the public. For community development, supported functions must encompass planning, zoning, permitting, building inspections, code enforcement, business licensing, engineering reviews, and fire inspection workflows, bolstered by workflow automation and AI-enabled reviews. Mobile-friendly portals for citizens and contractors are also required to enhance accessibility and engagement.
