SUMMARY

Seeking software for airspace design, planning, monitoring, and performance analysis with real-time flight tracking, FAA data integration, noise modeling, and weather data integration.

DESCRIPTION

An organization is seeking software solutions for comprehensive airspace design, planning, monitoring, and performance analysis. The desired system must support real-time flight tracking, providing detailed key metrics such as latitude/longitude positions, altitudes, flight levels, ground speed, true airspeed, distances, and deviations from flight plans. Integration with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) data is essential, including access to national and local traffic management initiatives, surveillance systems (such as ASDEX, Radar, and ADSB), and detailed flight operations data like routes, aircraft types, speeds, altitudes, arrival and departure spacing, runway occupancy, and gate returns.

The software should offer advanced functionality in noise management, featuring tools for tracking noise variables and generating predictive noise modeling and Noise Exposure Maps (NEMS). Capabilities must also include airspace procedure design, performance evaluations, obstacle analysis, airport simulation, and scenario-based modeling. Customizable dashboards and automated reporting are required for streamlined daily operations, along with tools that help analyze operational factors like air traffic delays, fuel consumption, safety concerns, and community noise impact.

Weather integration is a key component, with the system required to incorporate both historical and current weather products and applications. This includes Meteorological Aerodrome Reports (METAR), Airport Terminal Area Forecasts (TAF), and real-time weather data on precipitation intensity, including thunderstorm severity and snowfall accumulation.

Vendors are invited to submit questions regarding the requirements by December 24, 2025.
