Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking information from vendors capable of providing a scalable, AI-enabled Data Analytics Solution (DAS) designed to support advanced data processing, analytics, and mission-driven decision making. Interested vendors should be able to demonstrate platforms suitable for large-scale ingestion, processing, and analysis of both structured and unstructured data. The solution must offer Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities to enhance economic analysis, pattern detection, and litigation support.
Vendors are expected to outline their approach to security, compliance, and data governance in a government context and describe integration capabilities with the agency's Azure-based cloud infrastructure. Information is requested on the platforms' performance, scalability, operational efficiency, deployment models, cost structures, and licensing approaches. The agency will also assess the vendors' experience, maturity, and support models, especially for public sector implementations. Technologies of interest include Cloudera, Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
The contract period will be for one year. All questions related to the RFI must be submitted by April 20, 2026.
