DESCRIPTION
Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive Acquisition Management System (AMS) that supports the full procurement lifecycle across the enterprise. The solution must be a fully integrated commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product and include all necessary hardware, software, hosting, and organization-wide licenses.
The selected vendor will be responsible for software system integration and implementation, end-user training, and providing ongoing operation and maintenance support. The AMS should offer robust functional, technical, and reporting capabilities to meet the agency’s requirements, and must deliver complete acquisitions and financial data via the agency's financial accounting and integrated management system web service definition language. Integration with the agency’s current financial system, specifically the Momentum system, is essential. The anticipated contract term is one year.
