The selected vendor will deliver a platform that integrates seamlessly with the existing human resources information system (HRIS) and offers the flexibility to accommodate future integrations with other systems.
The solution should include advanced analytics capabilities for tracking performance against defined metrics and measuring program outcomes. Key features will also encompass robust recognition and rewards fulfillment options, automated notifications and reminders, a strong emphasis on accessibility and user experience, and effective data portability and exit management capabilities. Artificial intelligence and automation governance, as well as comprehensive service management and ongoing support, are also required.
The contract is expected to span three years. Vendors are encouraged to ensure that their solutions support continuous improvement through actionable insights and meet the technical and operational needs outlined above.
