The solution should include advanced analytics capabilities for tracking performance against defined metrics and measuring program outcomes. Key features will also encompass robust recognition and rewards fulfillment options, automated notifications and reminders, a strong emphasis on accessibility and user experience, and effective data portability and exit management capabilities.
