The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive revenue management digital innovation solution, including on-call professional services to support Revenue Management (RevM) through advanced technology implementation, data integration, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The scope includes supporting digital asset management, integrating various revenue data and analytics tools, and aiding in the planning and execution of technology-driven initiatives to enhance customer engagement and operational insight for airport revenue generation.
Key responsibilities involve partnering with RevM to identify, evaluate, and adopt innovative digital tools and strategies, developing a strategic multi-year digital innovation roadmap, and facilitating ideation sessions to foster revenue-generating and passenger experience-enhancing technologies. The vendor will also identify and prioritize actionable initiatives, conduct ongoing assessments of emerging technologies and market trends, and integrate revenue-related data sources such as concessions, advertising, parking, and ground transportation systems.
The solution requires development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, revenue management data platforms, and digital portals (such as a concessions portal). Additional deliverables include optimizing analytics tools, implementing digital wayfinding solutions, deploying security checkpoint wait-time displays and guidance tools, and leveraging interactive and AI-driven engagement solutions.
