Revenue Cycle Systems and Management Services

The government authority in Ontario seeks a vendor to provide revenue cycle systems and management services aimed at standardizing data exchange between hospitals, clinics, and external partners. The project involves improving claims processing and reimbursement accuracy through centralized clearinghouse services, as well as enhancing interoperability with payers, providers, and state or federal agencies.

The solution must support compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other relevant regulatory requirements, and be scalable to accommodate University Health’s expansion to new hospitals, clinics, and specialty centers. Full integration with the Epic EHR system is required in order to enable efficient, transparent revenue cycle management and reduce administrative burden on clinical and billing staff.

Additionally, the initiative aims to improve the patient experience through faster claims resolution and reduced billing errors, while laying the groundwork for future innovation in areas such as population health analytics and value-based care initiatives.
