An agency in Texas seeks a partner to deliver comprehensive revenue cycle modernization and transformation services designed to enhance hospital and physician services in a complex healthcare environment. The engagement requires practical operating expertise and strategic perspective to redesign the revenue cycle in measurable, sustainable, and realistic ways.
Key areas of focus include improvement of hospital and physician coding, health information management functions, and documentation workflows, as well as enhancement of patient financial services such as billing operations, customer service, financing pathways, self-pay strategies, and financial counseling. The project also covers revenue integrity activities, including charge master governance, coding compliance, reimbursement monitoring, revenue leakage identification, and audit readiness.
