DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Washington is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive revenue cycle assessment services. The scope of work encompasses the entire revenue cycle from end to end, incorporating clinically driven charge capture and ERP/financial workflows as they pertain to the revenue cycle.
Required domains for assessment include: Governance and Controls, Patient Access and Front-End operations, Clinical and Mid-Cycle processes, Back-End or Business Office functions, ERP and Financial Systems, Payer Dynamics, Operating Model and Staffing, Technology—specifically EHR and ERP configuration—and Performance Management. The selected firm will analyze and evaluate all these domains to identify opportunities for operational improvement and enhanced revenue integrity.
Vendors with expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, compliance, and technology integration are encouraged to participate.
