The state of Oregon is seeking a qualified vendor to provide marketing services focused on retirement savings. The scope of work involves conducting a technical assessment and developing a comprehensive digital marketing plan that takes into account the retirement industry landscape and auto-IRA program opportunities. Particular emphasis will be placed on identifying and leveraging digital marketing strategies to effectively reach targeted audience segments.
In the initial phase, the vendor will assess how the retirement industry, especially the Network, can utilize digital marketing tools and techniques. This includes designing targeted campaigns, structuring messaging for specific audience groups, and establishing metrics and methods to track campaign performance and effectiveness. Upon approval of the plan in Phase 1, a subsequent phase may involve the implementation of digital marketing strategies, with the vendor providing ongoing support as required. The contract will be for a period of one year.
