The contractor will deliver investment consulting services supporting supplemental retirement plans for employees and retirees of the County. Services include providing research, analysis, and expert advice to ensure the County meets its fiduciary responsibilities in supervising and governing retirement plan operations.
The contractor will be responsible for evaluating and recommending improvements to the County’s investment policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with plan sponsor duties. Further, the consultant will advise on the selection of funds, proper inclusion in the program, and the ongoing assessment of fund and administrator performance.
