DESCRIPTION

The state seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive electronic feedback system for rest area facilities over a five-year period. The system is required to collect, store, analyze, report, and export real-time electronic customer feedback, supporting multiple methods for users to submit their input.

Feedback must be accepted via SMS or text messaging, voice call (including cell, VOIP, and landline), smartphone or web-enabled devices, and computers with internet access. The platform will utilize Quick Response (QR) codes for easy access through mobile devices and support interaction via either a computer-generated agency female voice with natural speech or pre-recorded voice recordings.

Survey responses in both English and Spanish must be supported and integrated within the same reporting interface. The system must securely store all customer responses throughout the contract's duration and provide robust analysis tools allowing users to separate, filter, and analyze collected data through a web-based interface.
